The project includes the development of an Enterprise/Colocation Data Center Facility. The 75,000 SF green-field single level facility is located on an existing LightEdge owned commercially zoned site adjacent to the existing LightEdge facility. The power density is 120 W/SF of white space, with 1200KW at commissioning increasing to 4800KW with an N+1 Redundancy (five to make four) for the critical building mechanical & electrical systems. The generator is sized at 7.2 MW. The structural design criteria includes tornado resistive level EF3 to EF4 as determined by budget.
